With over 3000 watches online we are unable to have every product in stock all the time. However items that are in stock are sent the same or following business day, if we need to order it from our suppliers we will endeavour to dispatch it within 3-5 business days. 95% of orders are dispatched within 4 business days but in the unfortunate event that we are unable to dispatch your item(s) within 7 business days we will let you know and offer you an exchange or full refund.
