With over 3000 watches online we are unable to have every product in stock all the time. However items that are in stock are sent the same or following business day, if we need to order it from our suppliers we will endeavour to dispatch it within 3-5 business days. 95% of orders are dispatched within 4 business days but in the unfortunate event that we are unable to dispatch your item(s) within 7 business days we will let you know and offer you an exchange or full refund. Located in one of Australia’s newest and biggest shopping centres, Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast, Just Watches has grown to be one of the largest stockists of watches in one store in Australia.  We are an authorised dealer of over 40 brands available in store, many of which are now also available online.

All our watches are genuine and come with full manufacturers warranties.

Other brands we have in our store, but do not currently authorise online sales in Australia, include, Guess, Maxum, Timex and Marc Ecko.

In store, we provide services such as battery changes, watch cleaning, pressure testing, new watch bands, minor repairs and adjustments and much more. We also have a very experienced watchmaker off site that can provide free quotes for repairs on almost any watch.
