It is easy to get a free estimate from Just Watches to have your watch repaired. Simply follow our 3 easy steps below

1. Complete the form with a few simple details - Download form
2. Email us the completed form as an attachment directly to us by clicking here or if you prefer to not download the form please email us by clicking here and include the following details watch brand, model number (if known), contact details and description of the problem
3. We will endeavor to get an estimate to you within 2 business days
4. If you proceed based on the estimate send the watch to us and we will complete the repair (most repairs will require only 3 business days to complete, if parts are unavailable to complete the repair and therefore will be longer than a week we will advise you of the expected time frame
5. If the final quote is more than our initial estimate we will send you the final quote you. If you decline the quote we will send the watch back to you free of charge should you not proceed (providing that the information you have provided initially is accurate).
6. If you cancel the work prior to the job being commenced you will be charged $10 return postage to return the unrepaired watch to you.
7. Once the job is completed we will contact you to make payment through the website or by direct deposit (credit cards cannot be used over the telephone)
8. Once payment has cleared we will send the watch to you by FREE registered express post
9. All our repairs are covered by Just Watches 12 month warranty. Warranty will be voided if any other work is performed by other people.

Please note although our watchmaker regularly works on most watch brands we are not an authorised service centre for any brand of watch, therefore if your watch is under guarantee we recommend you first speak to the customer service centre for that brand.
